Dumpster Rental Pricing That Makes Sense

We don't believe in guessing games. At PBR Dumpsters, you pay one flat rate to rent your dumpster and then get invoiced based on what you actually toss - not some made-up weight cap you may never hit.

Standard Rental

14-Yard Dumpster (48 Hours)---$300

Includes delivery, pickup, and 7-day a week availability

Per Pound Pricing

Flat $0.09 per pound charge on all:

Construction & Demolition Debris

Includes things like drywall, wood, siding, insulation. No liquids or cement

Solid Waste

Includes furniture, mattresses, bagged trash, etc. Items must be drained if applicable.

Scape Metal

Includes stoves, dishwashers, washer, dryers, metal frames, etc.

Electronics

Includes TVs, computers, printers, cables, monitors, etc.

Surcharge Items

Some items carry additional dump fees. These will be added to your final invoice if included in your load.

ACs, Fridges, Freezers, Dehumidifiers

Tires

• Bicycle------------------------------$0.25 each

• Motorcycle------------------------$3.00 each

• 13"-15" with or without rims---$5.00 each

• 16"-19" with or without rims-$10.00 each

• 20"-24" with or without rims-$30.00 each

  All surcharge items must be separated or readily accessible within the dumpster and must not be buried

Fees and Liability Policies

Taxes

In accordance with all state and county laws, all applicable services are subject to sales tax.

Deposits, Cancellations, & Refunds

• All dumpster reservations require payment of the standard rental rate as a deposit

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery will result in $150 of your deposit being forfeited as a cancellation fee - the remaining balance will be refunded

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery will result in the deposit being refunded in full

  Refund Processing:

  • Refunds are issued to the original method used at the time of invoice payment

  • All refunds are subject to the terms, conditions, and time limitations imposed by the payment provider

  • Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear, depending on the payment method and provider

Drop-Off Presence Requirement

A responsible adult (18 years or older) must be present at the time of delivery to receive the dumpster and confirm placement. We do not place unattended dumpsters.

Prohibited Items

Do not dispose of the following items in the dumpster:

• Paint, oil, or other hazardous liquids

• Chemicals, flammable substances, or sealed pressurized containers

• Propane tanks

• Any other items restricted by local landfill regulations

  If prohibited items are found in your load, you will be responsible for all fines, penalties, clean up costs, or fees issued by the local disposal or environmental agencies.

Dumpster Damage, Movement, & Overloading Policy

Customers are responsible for any damage to the dumpsters caused by:

• Overloading beyond the rim

• Using heavy equipment to load

• Burning, cutting, or altering the container in any way

  You will be held financially responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. This includes dents, structural damage, burn marks, unauthorized modifications, or any other misuse that affects the integrity or function of the container.

Once the dumpster is placed, it cannot be moved by the customer.

• If you need the dumpster relocated after delivery, a movement fee of up to $75 may apply, based on location and labor involved. All requests must be made by phone and approved.

To remain in full compliance with DOT, DEC, and other regulatory agencies, PBR Dumpsters will not haul unsafe or overloaded containers. All loads must be level to the top of the rim of the dumpster. There should not be anything sticking out, piled above the edge, or loosely packed in a way that poses a risk in transport.

If your dumpster is overloaded:

• Pickup will be refused until the load is brought into compliance

• You will be responsible for offloading any excess material before we return

• Daily rental fees apply until the load is corrected

• If necessary, you may be charged for a second dumpster rental fee of $300 if one is needed to achieve load compliance

Access & Pick Up

No-Show or Denied Access at Delivery: $100 return trip fee

Blocked or Inaccessible Pickup ("Dry Run"): $100 return trip fee

Weight Dispute Policy

Certified dump tickets are available upon request. Final weight charges are based on scale data and are not negotiable.

Photo Documentation Policy

PBR Dumpsters will take time-stamped photos of the dumpster at drop-off and pickup to document placement, load level, and container condition. This ensures transparency, helps resolve disputes, and supports compliance with company and regulatory policies.

Late Payment Fee

Secondary invoices are due within 30 days of issue. A 5-day grace period is provided. After the grace period, a late fee of 5% of the total outstanding balance or $50 (whichever is lower) will be applied in compliance with New York State regulations and laws.

This late fee is a non-interest-based, one time administrative charge applied to overdue balances. It is not interest, and it is not intended to function as interest under any state or federal law.
